Ben Danals brings over 20 years of experience working with systems supporting individuals with disabilities.

He started Danals Education Solutions after working for the state’s largest community school authorizer, where he supported 17 districts through the annual compliance review process and 43 districts with special education program compliance and delivery system evaluation. His other experience includes being a Program Manager for school-based teams providing special education services to community schools. His career in the classroom included working with students in a day treatment setting and as a secondary math specialist in an inclusion model.

Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Kent State University, where he also was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. He completed his graduate work at Antioch University, earning a Master of Education in Special Education. He also has completed Community Mediation Services of Central Ohio’s Basic Mediation Training.
